User Responsibilities

Vehicle and Request Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your vehicle and transport needs during the request process. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Correct pickup and delivery locations
  • Valid contact information
  • Honest disclosure of any vehicle modifications or special requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and agree to notify Ship Car Pros immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited Conduct

While using Ship Car Pros, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent our referral system to avoid fees owed to transport partners

  • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

Referral Service Nature

Service Description

Ship Car Pros operates solely as a referral service. We connect customers with independent auto transport companies but do not provide transport services ourselves. All transport services are performed by independent contractors who operate their own businesses.

No Guarantees

Ship Car Pros does not guarantee:

  • The availability of transport services for your specific route or timeline
  • Pricing, delivery dates, or service quality from transport providers
  • That you will receive quotes or services from any particular number of providers
  • The accuracy of quotes or estimates provided by transport companies

Safety and Transport Guidelines

While we work to connect you with reputable transport providers, you agree to exercise due diligence when selecting a transport company, including:

  • Verifying the transport company’s Department of Transportation (DOT) number and authority
  • Confirming proper insurance coverage and licensing
  • Reading and understanding the transport contract before signing
  • Documenting your vehicle’s condition before and after transport
  • Reporting any issues directly to the transport company and appropriate authorities

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Ship Car Pros, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Ship Car Pros or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any materials from Ship Car Pros without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

Service Provided “As Is”

Ship Car Pros is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the referral service or the quality of transport providers in our network.

Disclaimers

Ship Car Pros does not:

  • Provide vehicle transport services directly
  • Conduct comprehensive background checks on all transport providers (unless explicitly stated)
  • Guarantee the performance, reliability, or quality of any transport provider
  • Take responsibility for any disputes between customers and transport providers
  • Warrant the condition of your vehicle during or after transport
  • Guarantee delivery times or transport availability

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship Car Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our referral service
  • Actions or omissions of transport providers
  • Damage to or loss of your vehicle during transport
  • Delays in pickup or delivery
  • Disputes with transport providers
  • Any other matter relating to the transport of your vehicle

Your sole remedy for any issues with transport services is to seek resolution directly with the transport provider you selected.

Payment and Fees

Referral Service

Our referral service is provided free of charge to customers. We receive compensation from transport providers in our network for successful referrals.

Transport Costs

All transport costs, fees, and payment terms are determined solely by the transport provider you select. Ship Car Pros is not involved in payment processing for transport services and is not responsible for any billing disputes.

Termination

Ship Car Pros reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our referral service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ship Car Pros operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, except that you may bring a claim in a small claims court if your claim qualifies.

Changes to Terms

You are not required to book any transport service, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting us, but until revoked, you may continue to receive communications from us or our partners. Consent is not required to use our referral service.

Vehicle transport involves inherent risks. We strongly recommend customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage and carefully inspect their vehicle before and after transport. Customers should verify all transport details, including pickup and delivery locations, dates, and pricing directly with their chosen transport provider.
